Great to see you start blogging! You really hit the nail on the head with this one. My first research project I went with a research firm on our “approved” vendor list. They were great, don’t get me wrong, and their techniques for moderating were inspiring. But even though we did hours and hours of prep with them (hours I really didn’t have!) we couldn’t cover everything and there were a couple of really interesting comments that the moderator didn’t realise were interesting.

I wanted to jump though the glass and yell! It’s definitely less painful watching a Diane moderated group. Looking forward to hearing more from your blog.
